"New" blog

So I've decided to give this another go. Try to start writing again. But like I said in the previous post, I'm not good at back-writing. So unfortunately you'll just have to deal with the fact that a lot of information got left off here. :-p For a quick summary... My Peace Corps COS date was July 29th. So I haven't been a PCV for almost six months. I'm now simply an RPCV (Returned peace corps volunteer). :-p However I didn't make it back to the states until September 15th 2009. After my COS I sailed to Colombia (Cartagena, specifically) and discovered I'm not a sailer. From Cartagena I flew to Peru and spent like what, 3 weeks there? Something like that. Cusco, Machu Picchu, Arequipa, Nazca Lines, Huacachina, Lake Titicaca... all that jazz. Then I went back to Panama for a week before coming home. It was an amazingly awesome trip. Despite getting sick and having some stuff stolen. Still awesome. :)

Anyways now I'm back home. Been here for four months. Had a seasonal job at Macy's but that's done now. Bought a car. Now I'm trying to find another job. I'm going back to Panama for a 10 day visit - the first 10 days of February - so I'm looking for work for when I get back. And I'll be moving. I have a potential job opportunity for a job I really really want and would be awesome and that's in Connecticut. Still waiting to hear back if I get a second interview for that one or not. If I do get hired (please!) I'll be moving to New Haven Connecticut. If not, I'll be moving to Spokane. I know, who would've ever thought I'd be moving to Eastern Washington? Not me, that's for damn sure. But hey, it's cheaper over there. And I'd be living with Jenn and I'd be closer to Allie. And a little further from my parents (anywhere is further since I'm currently living in their house). So Spokane is better because it's cheaper and frankly my job opportunities are just as good out there as they are here. So yea. A month from now, I'll be living somewhere else. Still trying to figure out where though. :-p

on sites I stumbleupon every day. It's always exciting to read through articles from other writers and practice a little something from their web sites.
