yea yea yea

Ok so the last week has been quite busy. I have a lot to write about it but unfortunetely I don´t really have time right now. But I did want to write just a quick blurb so you all know I´m still alive. :-p Last week I got to go up into the mountains of Coclé to help out a Crisis Corp volunteer. It was beautiful and just... so beautiful in every way. And we hiked for eight (8!) solid hours on Thursday up and down the mountains in mud and I have never been so filthy or exhausted in my life but it was totally awesome nonetheless. And the 5 guides we had, ages 9-15, made it even funnier. Mostly because they´re obviously better hikers than I am. Go me. :-p Then I went out to Bocas del Toro and saw the Caribbean for the first time in my life and dolphins and white sand beaches and went surfing. Not to mention that my cousin was in town so I got to hang out with him for three days which was awesome and I´m so glad he came down. :) Then I went straight to a regional meeting back in Coclé back in the mountains where it was cool and the air is clean and fresh and there was a river running right behind the cabin and just so so beautiful. Getting to travel around and see all these places and the differences in scenery and culture and people is just fascinating and I really appreciate the chance. Panamá is a very diverse, very beautiful country. I can tell you that much. So yea, maybe more elaboration later, we´ll see. I´ve got a couple days back in my site to rest and work on my house, then it´s back out next week to go to a PC conference. Woot!
