Testing... testing... 1 2 3!
I decided to open a blogger account purely to document my Peace Corps adventures in Panama. I leave on May 14th, less than two months away! And although I have a LiveJournal, it's a private account that you must have a LiveJournal account to read. So all my posts here will be PC related and available for all to read. This way if the mail system in Panama is slow or I haven't written in awhile, I can update here for all to read and know that I am ok and loving the PC life (hopefully). :)
So, I accepted my invitation a week ago. I've sent in the paperwork to get my "no-fee" government passport. I'm working on my new resume and the aspiration statement. I have loads of shopping for appropriate attire to do. But pretty much, it's all packing and then I'm off! Oh, and party on May 5th! :)

I like the disclaimer at the top.
"The opinions and ideas posted in these comments do not represent my own and have been supplemented by the powers that be in the New World Order."
I know. I have to put that disclaimer on any blog sort of Web page or else if my PC country director finds it I can get in trouble and made to delete the page. Yay for beaurocracy!
